60-Minutes Class based in Hatha Yoga for beginners and those with injury or health condition that needs care. This is in all round class which starts with breathwork following to a physical yoga practice with poses and sequences that aim to gradually build strength, flexibility, and may improve balance. Information on yoga philosophy and energy centres is given throughout the class providing an overall sense of well-being towards the final guided relaxation.
