Yin Yang Yoga is a 60-minutes class which blends elements from Yoga and QiGong providing you with information and a physical practice to restore the energy flow in your body, called Qi or Chi according to Traditional Chinese Medicine. Class starts with slow floor-based stretches that target connective tissues that help release muscle tension and manage chronic pain. Balance is restored through the practice of seated or standing mindful sequences which may improve range of movement and gives an insight into how this affects your health and the relationship with the outside world. Expect to feel calm yet energised for the day ahead.


This class is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.
