60 minutes Yoga Class for people that prefer to practice Yoga without laying or kneeling on a mat, especially if there's a health condition to care for. The chair is used to sit whilst we isolate movement of upper body from lower body, but also provides a steady support on standing postures that aim to improve balance, strength, and range of movement. This class also includes:

Weight bearing poses to maintain bone density.
2.
Sequences of poses to assist on coordination and
memory.
3.
Relaxation techniques to manage insomnia or
restless night sleeps.
