Flow Dance Meditation the ‘silent disco way’ combines elements of free-form dance, meditation, and flow state psychology. It’s designed to help you enter a state of presence, release tension, and connect more deeply with your body and emotions through spontaneous movement. The playlist has tracks specially curated to support you on this journey along with my guided meditation.

Please note that no choreography is delivered and no previous dance, meditation or breathwork experience is necessary.  

Headphones are used so you adjust the volume of the guided meditation and music according to your needs. They also prevent distractions providing an immersive experience into the flow state. 

Mid-Week Reset - every 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month.

This 1-hour session starts with breathwork, and movement inspired in yoga and qigong, following to Flow Dance Meditation and a grounding closing circle before heading home. It's the perfect mid-week reset for your nervous system.

Please bring your own mat and a water bottle to stay hydrated. 

Silent disco headsets are provided.
