Flow Dance Meditation the ‘silent disco way’ combines elements of free-form dance, meditation, and flow state psychology. It’s designed to help you enter a state of presence, release tension, and connect more deeply with your body and emotions through spontaneous movement. The playlist has tracks specially curated to support you on this journey along with my guidance.
Please note that no choreography is delivered and no previous dance, meditation or breathwork experience is necessary.
Headphones are used so you adjust the volume of the guided meditation and music according to your needs. They also prevent distractions providing an immersive experience into the flow state.
Please bring your own mat, blankets and cushions if you like to use these for extended relaxations.
Equipment such as headsets, yoga blocks and eye pillows are provided.
