A sound bath is a meditation experience where you lie or sit comfortably while listening to sustained, resonant sounds produced by crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other percussion instruments.

You'll be "bathed" in sound waves where the frequencies of the instruments are not simply heard; they are felt through the air. Vibrations move gently through the body, meeting your breath and encouraging deep rest. Some people experience imagery or insight, while others reset body and mind in a way they didn’t realise they needed.

Notes:

Please wear comfortable clothing.

Bring a mat or inflatable bed that allows you to lay down and relax comfortably.

Bring your own cushions and blankets as body temperature often drops.

Chairs are also available if you rather stay sat upright.

Bring a water bottle or other form of hydration.

Eye masks, yoga bricks and blocks are provided.

This experience is contraindicated for those that are epileptic, pregnant or have metal implants (knee and/or hip replacements) including ICD and pacemakers.
